Show me another »What should I put in my top coat to stop nail-biting?
I have heard about putting things into the top coat of nail polish to stop nail biting. Any ideas what to put in the top coat?
Additional Details
I have already heard tabasco sauce but I looked and we usally ALWAYS have it but of course the ONE TIME I need it we DONT HAVE IT!!!!

I recommend you use nail biting polish, it is safe to use, non-toxic and really helps, I got mine at http://stopbitingnails.net/ they recommend the best products there, hope it helps!
